Halloween! OPI Rock Goddess

Happy almost-Halloween!

You may have seen the press release for OPI’s Rock Goddess mini-pack (see it here), and I thought today would be a great time to bring you the polishes!

This limited-edition mini pack includes four mini lacquers in orange, neon green, yellow and shimmery gunmetal, along with a black, adjustable woven bracelet featuring a gleaming skull charm. (If you’ve ever seen or owned OPI mini polishes, you know just how adorable they are!)

Yellopalooza is a gorgeous bright yellow crelly, a cream-jelly hybrid formula. This polish is a bit streaky as it leans a little thin, so I applied three coats. The shine is gorgeous!

Stand in Lime for Days is a beautiful bright green with a similar formula as Yellopalooza. I applied three coats for this one as well:

The third creme/crelly of the set is The Drummer is Hot, a beautiful bright, but not quite neon, orange, and probably my favourite of the bunch. I decided to play with it a little and apply is as a French tip to Yellopalooza. I love the combination!

Finally, Rolling Bones is the only non-creme in this mini-pack; a gunmetal shimmer with a metallic finish that immediately made me think of a gorgeous metallic OPI from the 007 Skyfall collection, On Her Majesty’s Secret Service. The only obvious difference seems to be that Rolling Bones leans more green, while Secret Service is cooler, more blue-based. Rolling Bones looks like it has the same multi-hued tiny shimmer, and it truly is a gorgeous, complex polish:

You can also see the skull charm on the woven bracelet in the photo above.

Rock Goddess is still available wherever OPI is sold, so hurry and get yours before they are gone!
