Today I have for you another beautiful Dollish Polish, one that I have been eyeing for some time. I finally snagged this in a swap – my first swap ever! (And now I know why people say swapping is addictive! 🙂 )
First, here are the two beauties from this swap:
Dollish Polish’s Sweet Dreams are Made of Glitter and Candeo Colors’ Jellybean!
Sweet Dreams are Made of Glitter is another one of those instant Easter-egg manis: gorgeous pastel base with multi-colour glitter in varying sizes. The base is a creamy pale pistachio green with a very subtle shimmer to it. It reflects a hint of gold in direct sunlight – just gorgeous!
The polish was quite opaque so I didn’t bother layering it. It went on nicely and provided good coverage; however, my one complaint is that this polish was really thick. I’m not sure if anyone else has experienced this with any of the DP polishes, but I have Expecto Patronum and it was nowhere near as thick as Sweet Dreams. Did anyone else have this issue?
Here it is at 2 coats topped with a coat of Gelous and China Glaze’s Fast Forward Top Coat:
I just LOVE the slight shimmer of this polish!
Dollish Polish can be purchased on her new Big Cartel shop and she is hoping to restock in the next week or two!
Love these! Soooo cute 🙂 x
aw thanks!
Oh gosh, Sweet Dreams Are Made of Glitter is one of my top two Dollish Polish lust lacquers! I’m absolutely dying for it. It looks great on you ?
Thanks Mary! It was one of my lemmings also 🙂
It’s absolutely gorgeous.
