Sonnetarium Winter Part 2

I recently had the pleasure of reviewing a beautiful winter/holiday collection of polishes from Sonnetarium. The collection is made up of five holiday-themed and -named polishes in beautiful wintry colours.

The first part of this review can be found here, and today I bring you two more polishes from this collection.

Sugarplum is a beautiful, warm-toned purple with pink shimmer and holographic purple glitter. What a perfect name for this polish!!

I layered Sugarplum over China Glaze’s Creative Fantasy, a gorgeous bright purple jelly from their Cirque du Soleil collection:

Sonnetarium_SugarplumIsn’t it perfect? Creative Fantasy leans a bit cooler than Sugarplum, and I love that you can see the coolness at different angles, such as on my index finger. The coverage on this polish was amazing… I could easily have worn two coats alone.

The next polish is Lenten Rose, a clear base with very light pink, white, and iridescent glitters. This is one of those special polishes that you simply fall in love with; a perfect topper for almost any colour. I layered it over my favourite creme from the China Glaze Cirque collection, Surreal Appeal. Just have a look at this:

CG_SurrealAppealIs that not a spectacular pink-salmon colour? I know what I’ll be wearing this summer!!

And look at how incredible Lenten Rose looks with Surreal Appeal:

Sonnetarium_LentenRosePerfection! Lenten Rose is such a delicate and feminine polish… I love its subtlety! I can’t wait to wear it with more base colours… I think it will look amazing over summery brights!

Both of these beauties are still available from Sonnetarium’s online shop, and are 3-free. Sonnetarium offers both 9mL and 15ml sizes, and just restocked the shop!! Don’t forget to follow Sonnetarium on Facebook for the latest news!

The China Glaze Cirque collection polishes are still available at salons and professional beauty supply stores nationwide. For more information, visit www.chinaglaze.com or follow China Glaze on Facebook, Twitter (@ChinaGlaze) and Pinterest.
