A few months ago I was shown a perfect shade of pastel yellow jelly nail polish. Not only was it the perfect jelly, one I have been looking for, but the bottle was ADORABLE!!! The polishes were capped with a CORK and wrapped with raffia! How cute is that!!
I set out to find this elusive brand. I had to have it.
After some digging, I found Megan Miller Collection on Facebook and on their website. Though they do have a great e-commerce website, as with many indie brands starting out, their shipping to Canada was pricey and not well-thought-out at all. After some communication with the company on Facebook, they made shipping possible and I placed my order for these beauties!
Shipping was quick though not as painless as I had hoped. There was a high brokerage fee charged by UPS – not something I expected and have never encountered before – so I do hope the company is able to iron out international shipping as I suspect they will become very popular.
I must admit, once the bottles arrived, the long search for MMC and the delivery was forgotten:
Tell me these are not the cutest bottles ever! Left to right: Coral Bliss, Giada Pink, and the much-sought-after Lemon Ice!
Today I have for you Coral Bliss. This is the perfect summer shade. A true coral, leaning more pink than orange and therefore flattering to almost all skin tones. This is a jelly!! I adore jelly polishes!
Like all jellies, this polish can be built up, layer after layer. Here it is at just one layer, after a base coat of A England’s The Knight basecoat. The colour is vivid and gorgeous:
Below it is at 2 coats:

Coral Bliss is gorgeous. I had no trouble with application though this is definitely a two-coater, maybe even three. If you don’t mind some visible nail lines (I don’t), then two is great.
I simply LOVED this polish. I loved the colour, the consistency, the application, and the dry time. I used A England’s The Shield top coat, and it dried to an amazing shiny finish. I do have to admit that after a few days, it was not as shiny as when first applied, and I have noticed this with many other jellies. For some reason, they don’t hold shine as well as opaque polishes.
Instead of adding a simple top coat to bring the shine back, my boredom/ADD had kicked in and I decided to spice it up and add Connect the Dots instead. Connect the Dots is a polish I don’t get to wear too often. All the Lynnderella drama aside, this original black and white topper is genius. It looks amazing on everything, and Coral Bliss was no exception!

What do you think?
Have you experienced Megan Miller Collection polishes yet, and if not, are they on your wishlists? 🙂
Pretty! Like the splatter look.
these are the cutest bottles! the color looks great too, and topping with connect the dots takes a summer coral to a whole other level!
Thanks so much!! 🙂
