Zoya Sailor

Zoya Sailor is an absolutely spectacular dark navy creme polish from Zoya’s sultry Cashmeres collection for Fall 2013. It was one of the standouts for me from the creme portion of the fall release, and it is perfection in person!

After wearing it for a few days, I was too tired to do a new mani, so I decided to touch up the tips to freshen the tip wear. I reached for the beautiful and dusty Natty, a shade often compared to Sailor. Was it a dupe? Nope, definitely not a dupe. While Zoya Sailor has more of a true blue base, darkened to a navy, Natty is dusty: it’s a steely deep blue that made for a soft contrasting French tip.

Here are two coats of Zoya Sailor, a few days old, with a free-handed French tip of Zoya Natty:

Because this was such a quick touch-up, and I originally did not have the intention of posting about it, I only have my iPhone photos! So I apologize for the less-than-perfect quality. 🙂
