Colors by Llarowe Part 2

Continuing on with the reveal of the brand-new line, today I bring you three more Colors by Llarowe lacquers by the store of the same name! (See Part 1 here!)

The first colour is probably one of my new favourites… Runt, from the Cheetoman & the Gang Collection, named after Leah Ann’s band of crazy kittens. This is a charity polish with proceeds going to the ASPCA – and if you know me, you know that I love nothing more than animals – so this is a polish close to my heart. Thank you, Leah Ann, for donating to animal charities. 🙂

Runt is a peach pink linear holo, almost pale enough to be called a near-nude (depending on your skintone). Runt is absolutely stunning!!!! The peach base is simply perfect for summer! I think this would also make a beautiful layering polish overtop of a peach or pink jelly…. I wanted to show you its true beauty, so here are three thin coats of Runt over A England’s base coat, and with a coat of FNUG Gel Top Coat. In the sun:

Look at that holo!!!! And is that not a beautiful pink? Application could not have been more perfect. A bit sheer on the first coat, but easily buildable, fluid, quick-drying. Love!

Even in the shade, Runt is spectacular: (by the way, this was pre-top coat!)

Colors_RuntShdCrazy shine and gorgeous colour. I think everyone needs a Runt in their lives!

Switching gears, the next shade is a much darker holo named Gizmo, also from the Cheetoman collection, and another ASPCA charity polish. This is a deep khaki linear holo, with incredible shine like the rest of the Colors by Llarowe polishes. Here are two coats of Gizmo in sunlight:

I am simply blown away by the holographic effects of these polishes!

Look at it in the shade – equally as gorgeous!

The third colour today is Her Eyes Shined, another charity polish from the two-polish collection that is very dear to Leah Ann. This collection, called “Missing You,” is dedicated to her mom and dad whom she lost to cancer and to kidney disease, respectively. Proceeds of this polish will benefit the National Kidney Foundation. Her Eyes Shined is  a turquoise green jelly base with turquoise and blue microglitters, with somewhat of a sheer base. This makes a perfect layering polish if you are looking for opacity!

I applied two thin coats of Her Eyes Shined over Gizmo:

Being a translucent glitter, this polish simply glows and sparkles!!

Here is a macro shot to show you the beautiful glitters (click on the pic to enlarge):

Her Eyes Shined reminded me of a Caribbean ocean… the deep green with the gorgeous blue sparkles… It has such depth and jelly squishiness. This polish is so very pretty in person!

Once again, I was really impressed by Llarowe’s new polish line. The holo on these was incredible, they were all super-shiny,  and application was a breeze. You must get your hands on these!

All of these polishes are 3-free and cruelty free, and come in a 15 ml square bottles. The future bottles after the initial launch will have those amazing soft-touch caps that we’ve come to love!
